I think I have BED but I’m still in middle school 🙁
This is so important, so many people are unaware that BED even exists
I have a question: do people with BED ever restrict (I know they don't purge, that would be bulimia or b/p anorexia)? If not, what would that (restricting and binging) be called?
What causes BED, foods that have high calorie counts or high sugar content?
Just stop lmao
That sounds like football season. So I guess everybody is a binge eater
This month I have been binge eating 3 times a day. Gained 8 kgs in 3 months. I feel like total shit. Dealing with my heartbreak through food. I feel so disgusted.
Once a week? Sounds like a paycheck when I want to spend it to something I feel like a deserve
I need help
"At least 5 days a week, for 36 years"
I just hit 3 months, my hiatal hernia is bad right now. I can hardly breathe.
Y’all’s ignorance scares me
About 9 months ago, (when i initially made this comment); I had struggled with multiple eds such as b1ng3 eating and an0r3xia, and i still do to this day. I wasn't too aware of how others would feel about me "wishing" I had a different ed. I apologize if it made anyone uncomfortable. You are valid, and I hope whatever you are going through improves. Stay safe. ❤️
none of this is helping my disorder and it gets to the point i literally start hating myself and i won’t go out of the house
i am a 16 year old girl from scandinavia. I try to not eat as little as possible but sometimes i cant help it. Like if im rly sad them i’ll bingers a lot a night. But then after im done eating i’ll feel rly guilty ab and hate myself for it.
Does anyone have any tips?❤
Ugh I just scarfed down 2 big ass hotdogs 11 Pringles 2 cups of Dr pepper zero and 3 bites of pecan pie..feel so sad … tomorrow is a new day and I will get back on course
I think it’s because so much of our food LACKS REAL NUTRIENTS. Our bodies are trying to compensate for that. This country is a trap
Is it normal i have this at 12
Isnt this just being a fatty?
I have this, I gain an inch in my waist once a week
Try 3 times a day😢
SHALINI👌
Isn't an eating disorder if l eat large amount of food all mixed together? For example, at desert l often mix bananas with oat, cocoa, wafers, toast, pineapple, grapes, chocolate etc 😁 l cannot eat simple meals only mixed otherwise l don't feel full
