  2. I do feel trapped with the unwell box all the time I have been stuck in that box since 33 years old I can’t even find a job and I get rejected after applying

  3. Every one can be depressed at any time.He or she can gain trauma hoover panic etc.this is the human nature.. When we face the positive circumstances trauma is over .This is not any special thing.

  5. Mental health professionals psychiatrists psychologist social worker with blah blah blah miss that physiology has everything to do with your mental health and they don't know physiology. For example, magnesium helps everything, including depression.Help prevent suicide etc
