  1. Am I the only one who just goes on autopilot and forgets I exist and then in the middle of LA I'm like "oh wait I'm a human being with a name, in the world, with nerves, a mom, a dad, siblings and a dog, OH YEA 😃"

  2. Y'all…. don't self-diagnose WITHOUT researching it first. Not everyone can afford a phycologist or doctor. Self-diagnosing in of itself isn't bad, you just have to be educated first.

  3. First one is just how a normal human brain works, second one is just basic human things people do when they have anxiety, and third one is to extreme derealization extent only.
