In Oklahoma to become an Licensed Professional Counselor you must:
1)Graduate with a Master’s degree in clinical mental health related studies 2) pass the national counselors exam, pass the Oklahoma jurisprudence (ethics) exam 2) 3000 supervised clinical hours
Then 20 hours of continuing education with at least 6 of those hours focus on ethics for yearly renewal of license
If somebody's mentally ill or upset, you have to pay money, you have to pay money for someone to listen to or to have a friend, or for somebody to feel like they're a friend. It's a f**** joke It's called a scam, it's one of the biggest jokes that somebody says they care.So talk to a therapist
