Bella and Aidan form one of our #MentalHealth Joint Response crews, combining years of experience and expertise to care for patients in mental health crisis.
Since 2020 this specialist unit has cared for more than 17,000 people with only 16% needing to be taken to hospital.

Excellent. It’s just a shame that this capability doesn’t exist across all NHS Ambulance Trusts.
If people got off their phones 24/7 , then we wouldn’t have half the mental health issues today
