  1. The nicer you are to customer service people, the nicer they are to you.

Every time I have ever had a complaint about ANYTHING, I've always been extra nice to the customer service person when explaining the problem. The result is the issue is almost immediately resolved and I've ended up with a credit, free product, etc.

And even if i don't end up with something extra, the person on the phone or in front of you is rarely to blame for the problem. They are 💯 deserving of dignity eggs respect.

I want them to end their transaction with me feeling seen and respected.

  2. At work in the break room we have people who come from a certain part of the world and they will talk super loud on speaker phone and it is so rude. People are on their break and trying to relax no listen to a super loud phone conversation

  3. My privacy is being invaded when someone is talking on their phone (near me) in a store. I want to enjoy my shopping experience. Not hear someone's (silly, unimportant) conversation.

  4. I don’t blame the husband for scarfing down his food. Would you want to sit at a table for a meal with that woman!?!?! She’s vile…

  5. My husband used to eat like the first guy also, it took maybe 5 years being married for him to fix it. But in my opinion, her being rude to the people is so much worse, I could never be friends with someone like that

  6. Our world is in Chaos. Finding Peace is a challenge. When with people "in person' way too much computer/texting etc….I'd go out of my mind being with this woman answering her phone….Put On Mute and be with who you are with in the moment..or I get up and leave.

  7. Had a regular customer at s golf course who constantly made very disgusting comments toward me. I was a 19 year old girl..he was at least 50 something.
I hated waiting on him and his crew.
I told the chef and the owner that they were being disgusting.
The owner said “Its just the guys being guys!”. Wtf??
So one day, he told me to put my finger on his chili because it wasnt hot enough!
I took it back to the chef, who gave me an entire of very hot sauce and told me to dump it in!
It was hot enough for him then!! lol!!

  8. Dr Phil couldn’t be more right about being rude to wait staff! I honestly don’t care how bad the service is, I’m polite and nice, and will either choose to never go back, or I might try one more time, because it could have just been a bad day for that server. I used to be a waitress when I was a long younger… I do know what happens to extremely rude and entitled people 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ To those of you who might possibly feel the same way this lady felt… RE THINK ABOUT IT! Some friendly advice 😊😊

  9. My husband spits tobacco just like that man. Spit bottles left all over the house and in the truck. He doesn’t spit into his napkin at restaurants though, but I was doing the dishes yesterday and he honestly came and spit into the sink! Made me so mad 🤬

  10. I would eat at the table with that man 1,000 times a day then spend I hour with her condescending attitude towards workers trying to assist her rude a$$.

  11. Please make this lady actually work customer service. Seriously. I would watch SEASONS of watching people that have never worked service and are rude to service workers have to do it themselves.

  12. It annoys me when someone is talking on the phone when they are being served by a cashier at a retail store. How do they not realise how rude and disrespectful that is? I just want to grab their phone and throw it across the room.

  13. The woman with the phone is actually very insecure. She is not able to have boundaries with people and this shows she is probably a people pleaser and a doormat
