if you struggle with stress anxiety and or depression a very simple and practical tip that you can do to help yourself out is by going for a walk especially for the guys too you know as we get a little bit older we become more susceptible to things such as mood disorders so going for a walk can make a big difference so try it out let me know

  1. I told my therapist I would do it for a month and see how I felt. And I’ve been walking 3 – 5 miles a day because it has improved my mood and well-being so much. The more stressed I am the more I walk.
