Got a 50 two years ago. Got an appeal in now for a 70, its been about 15 months……and we wait.
100% p and t combat Craig. I tell people about your channel all the time. Have a good one bro
Had my c&p exam for PTSD. at the end of the exam my Doctor said she was submitting my behavioral health case for 100% PTSD she also said I will be able to work so I sure hope she stays true to her word on that one. I definitely wasn’t expecting that but very grateful because I’m our darkest hour the VA won’t bat an eye
I want to bring my wife(who is also a board Certified Family Practice
Physician) to my PTSD C&P exam – and when I bring her in, I want to
introduce her as a Doctor. Would this hurt me, or would this make them
take me more seriously and not mess around with the exam?
just filed for an increase on my PTSD thanks to you and your videos
Is a PTSD stressor statement needed if you have a 214 that states you were in a combat zone? If not.was that a recent change?
Can I get a rating for Somatic and PTSD? Or is that the same.
My doctor at the VA received my blood work and my Vitamin D was at 14. He told it's supposed to be in the 40's. I told him my PTSD won't allow me to go outside and hangout with the sun. He ordered me the supplement. Great video CC!
I need help getting a letter for my son for depression from the navy can you help me thx
I have PTSD but no diagnosis. I have a CIB if that makes a difference. What else to I need to make a successful claim?
What’s the first step in getting diagnosed with ptsd for getting disability? I’ve been out for 12 years
I’m at 70 for ptsd but overall 90% trying to get 100 have gotten worse as for ptsd but honestly don’t know how to explain it have a increase c&p coming up in a week I need guidance
Thanks for vid.. short and descriptive ❤
If my DD 215 says that I received imminent danger, Pay, does that count for PTSD combat zone???
Got that one!
This pssssss me off. I've been struggling for so long, been in combat, ptsd classes, cpt classes just to ask why I have seen combat, seen people die, my life threatened with death and I get 70% because I work construction. Yet, some joe shmoe who piloted a drone and dropped a bomb, gets 100%?????? The reason why some vets don't even bother, who's di** am I supposed to suck?
Appreciate you very much… I'm at 90 percent now but going for tdiu because I'm unable to work because of my disabilities.. haven't worked in over 4 years and had nearly two hundred in 26 years after being discharged from USMC… thank you for sharing All you do!
I’m at 50 with ptsd but don’t want to poke the bear
Currently at 60% without MH, filed for PTSD/Depression 6 months ago. I had 2 MH C&P exams this past month. Now we wait
Had a C&P exam for PTSD got denied but they diagnosed me with anxiety and depression. I don't get it
Im at 50% for my PTSD rating, how do i go about increasing this.
In all honesty i am jist suffering this alone, i just push it all away but have lost my wife and relationship with my daughter. I dont go to the doctor as i am in Germany and the translation aspect of it is hard
What should i do to get an increase?
Yeah, I’m a 70% and that sounds right on target
I have every one of those things hiding in the basement divorce came home to a wife that was cheating on me and that got me a good old fashion 5150 and put inside a road rage with the cops. It’s almost like you’re talking about my life lol
I just got rated 10% for PTSD. I feel robbed. I have hired an attorney.
I just found out the VA or someone filed a claim to (increase) me for mental health after a hospitalization. But I’m already 90% P&T TDIU. How can this happen without my request?
Missing work alot?
I got my ptsd at 90
My VSO wants me to file for PTSD with just a personal statement. No diagnosis. Never seen any one for it Should I go first, or file it?
If you ever do this , YOU WILL LOSE YOUR 2ND AMENDMENT AT SOME POINT. I PROMISE YOU.
Obviously you cant guarantee but with your personal opinion what do you think. I dont want to waste my time trying. I have a records showing I was attacked and had my jaw broken during service. Before this i was diagnosed with dysthymia and the jaw braking incident led to worsen mental health, also my chain of command handled it horribly. Denying me sickcall and forcing me to do pt while my jaw was hanging from my face the following day after it was broken before I could even see a doctor(luckily the hospital did give me pain medication though the day before) with that information do you think ill qualify easily? It's all on record while in service except the denial part that likely isnt because they wouldnt incriminate themselves obviously. I also had a pattern of BH visits in the past showing that with good leadership I exceeded and with poor leadership I faltered or became depressed which I believe I what led to the bh professional diagnosing me with dysthymia and trying welbutrin
RIP brother
RIP Combat Craig….🥲🇺🇸💐🕊️🥀🌻
I mean for me even though I have my stories of times I've fantasized ending it all, I'm sure that there's a specific way that the VA needs to hear this because I could say it, doesn't mean it's the way that unlocks the care and benefits I need and deserve.
R.I.P. Craig
