ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – Clayton County police are asking for help finding a woman who went missing from a Riverdale mental health facility on Sunday morning.

Kiyuana Obie, 35, was last seen around 7:53 a.m. leaving Riverwood Behavioral Health, located at 223 Medical Center Drive, and running toward the area of Garden Walk Boulevard/Upper Riverdale Road, according to the Clayton County Police Department.

Obie suffers from a medical condition “that may alter her behavior, judgment, or ability to communicate effectively,” police said.

Officers conducted an extensive search of the area but weren’t able to find her, according to police.

Obie is described as 5 feet, 9 inches tall, weighing 146 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing blue paper hospital scrubs and yellow socks, and carrying a white hospital bag with personal belongings.
