Milwaukee County Health Human Services/Behavioral Health Prevention Coordinator Jeremy Triblett

[Music] foreign [Music] coordinator so my role is to manage all of the provincial initiatives that happen inside of Community Access to Recovery Services I want our community to know how to respond to each other when we experience overdoses or drug-related trauma the second thing I want us to know is that there are resources we have to do a better job of making sure we display them and folks have to do the work to figure out which one of them works best for them and then the last thing is as a structure the county we’re always committing ourselves to making sure raise doesn’t play a factor in your ability to stay healthy what that means is we want to make sure we have culturally sensitive and specific strategies that we can gear toward people and say Hey listen we know that your background is this your culture is this your language is this we won’t let that be a barrier to making sure you know how that you can stay healthy and so for me I’ve noticed that a lot of people are non-sector they find themselves doing this work a part of it is just because of interest and a large part of it is because of live experience when you adopt the framework that the leadership has and that we should all work together in order to strive toward a greater Milwaukee County then it all puts us in the same way so I’m excited for that I’m inspired by the vision and it really fits my personality and it fits the approach I take to the work that I’m doing [Music] thank you [Music]
