Our district 406 mental health and wellness bingle brought Lions and community members together to connect, reflect, and remind ourselves that emotional well-being is just as vital as physical health. With each round of bingo, we open doors to dialogue about self-care, stress, balance, and hope. What began as a friendly game became a space for meaningful connection. We share practical tools, community hotlines, and local mental health resources because awareness is the first step, but action is what changes lives. A heartfelt thank you to District Governor Dr. Elizabeth Yo for her leadership, to my home club, the San Diego Myimar Lions Club, for their support throughout this event, and to every Lion who helped make it possible.
