[Music] so having good mental wellness in childhood helps develop good solid mental wellness in adulthood and we’re more accepting of others more willing to help others that are in need we’re actually more open our minds are open to what’s going on around us and we’re not maybe so self-absorbed or not able to function so that we you know have a difficult time seeing the community around us so mental wellness makes for a healthy home environment it makes for a very healthy community and a healthy life all around so mental wellness is pretty critical for children for adults and for the family unit and mental health is critical in having healthy relationships and in establishing boundaries for self-care establishing good work-life balance being able to take care of yourself not only mentally and being able to self-regulate but also being able to take care of yourself in a way exercising you know reading outside of your work schedule outside of anything that you would be doing for work taking in new experiences and really living life to its fullest and when you are given those opportunities so all of that is really helping us be able to have a healthy lifestyle when we have children with us and we want to engage children in the world we find how important it is to keep them engaged keeping children engaged also allows children to know that their presence is important to others it helps parents keep their finger on the pulse of where their children are what they’re doing and help them adhere to you know good parenting and good communication within a family setting [Music] you
