Aspirus Iron River Hospital and Clinics proudly welcomes Lisa Pangrazzi, Psy.D., LP/CAADC to its exceptional team of behavioral health professionals. Dr. Pangrazzi specializes in the delivery of behavioral health treatment in rural settings by providing assessment and psychological services to individuals and families struggling with mental health and/or substance abuse issues.

Dr. Pangrazzi holds a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from Union Institute and University where her research focused on providing behavioral health services in a rural culture. She also earned two Master’s Degrees from both Union Institute and University and Duquesne University and a Bachelor of Science in Addiction Studies from Mercy College of Detroit.  She completed her Doctoral Residency Program where she gained comprehensive training in providing psychological assessment and clinical services specifically in rural settings.  Dr. Pangrazzi received IRB approval from Aspirus Health to complete research for her dissertation which focused on mental health in rural culture.

With extensive clinical experience, Dr. Pangrazzi has provided services to adults and adolescents with mental health and substance abuse issues in inpatient, intensive outpatient and traditional outpatient settings.  Her expertise includes intakes assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning and aftercare coordination.  She is highly skilled in a range of treatment modalities including individual, family, and couples therapy as well as group, multifamily group therapy and delivering psychoeducational lectures.

Dr. Pangrazzi is also widely recognized for her advanced certifications including:

Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor (CAADC)
Master Addiction Counselor (MAC)
Clinical Hypnosis

She is deeply committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care, tailoring treatment plans to meet each individual’s unique needs.  Her professional mission is to provide quality services to patients in rural settings so they may achieve long-term wellness, recovery and improved quality of life.
