JACKSON, Wyo. — The Let’s Talk Wyoming campaign is a workplace prevention campaign that was developed for heavy industry workforces since heavy industry workers have higher rates of substance use and suicide.

Let’s Talk Wyoming was developed to increase safety, enhance work cultures, prevent substance use, and improve the health and wellness of employees. This can impact every industry and significantly influences work effectiveness, productivity, job performance, and overall wellbeing. A crucial aspect of Let’s Talk Wyoming is working to reduce stigma around mental health, including substance use.

Resources available for support can be found in Spanish and English at letstalkwy.org. Topics include workplace safety videos and talking points related to alcohol, THC and marijuana, opioids, stress and wellness, coping and resilience, and suicide prevention.

One conversation can change everything, and the Community Prevention Coalition of Teton County wants our community to know that struggling isn’t weakness. You’re not alone. Talk it out.
