Oasys Health, which is known as an AI-native operating system for behavioral health, raised $4.6 million in funding to expand its platform that combines practice management, clinical decision support, and real-time physiological data from consumer wearables. The financing includes a $4 million seed round led by Pathlight Ventures with participation from Twine Ventures and Better Ventures, plus $600,000 in pre-seed funding from 1984 Ventures.
The company said it will use the capital to enhance its AI-powered workflows, deepen integrations with wearables and health apps, expand its engineering and data science teams, and grow partnerships with clinics, behavioral health centers, managed service organizations, and universities. Oasys positions its product as an alternative to legacy behavioral health tools built primarily for billing, aiming to automate documentation, scribing, scheduling, billing, and reimbursements while turning unstructured clinical notes and wearable data into actionable insights. The platform syncs data such as sleep, activity, heart rate, glucose, and menstruation to help clinicians monitor progress continuously, identify risk signals earlier, and support proactive interventions, while also enabling organizations to track operational performance and reduce clinician administrative burden.
Oasys said it has partnered with more than 25 clinics, supporting hundreds of providers and thousands of patients, and that new clinics can be onboarded in as little as 48 hours. The company reported early results, including improved patient engagement and symptom-tracking compliance, reduced claim denials, and faster reimbursements driven by AI-assisted documentation. Looking ahead, Oasys said it plans to launch an outcomes measurement framework in 2026 and expand to more than 1,000 enterprise-scale mental health organizations.
