Mind Over Mountains offers professional mental fitness support bringing together walking in nature,
mindfulness and time with experienced wellbeing coaches and counsellors, in an unhurried, unpressured
setting. They enable people to restore and sustain their mental health and wellbeing through
programmes that bring together walking in nature, mindfulness, and specialist coaching. Mind Over
Mountain’s vision is for nature and activity-based mental health interventions to be the norm,
commissioned and prescribed by the NHS, and accessible to all.

It’s SO great to see Princess Catherine looking so much more energetic…I thought I noticed some muscle definition in her upper arms at the Royal Variety Gala , when she wore that gorgeous closer fitted green velvet gown , showing curvier hips …an indication that she’s gained a little weight back and feels well enough to exercise again . Looking much happier and glowing again. 👌
