And there is the root cause of the whole problem… The "system". I.e. Insurance g the root of EVERYTHING wrong with our medical system.
Nothing will improve unless medjcal/health is divorced from insurance companies.
No breakfast or 3 eggs, smoked salmon, and cheese. No orange juice, no bagel. Me too, although I mostly skip both breakfast and lunch.
The word of wisdom has been pretty clear that grains are fine. But all things in moderation, and shareholder corporations hate consumers that self moderate their consumption.

The trillion dollar military industrial "snack" complex clearly despises Keto. I'm sure big Pharma hates Keto too. Any industry that benefits from humans being lazy, obese and chronically SICK hates Keto. Carbs are simply worthless ruffage. Processed snacks rarely contain anything REAL. It's literally all chemicals. They're all corn and wheat (sugar and flour). Plus, all the added stabilizers, flavor and coloring chemicals.
If you hate yourself or your family, you give in to temptation and buy junk that's easy to eat.
If you care about yourself and your family, you appreciate cooking and eating real food.
I’ll bet insurance doesn’t pay this doctor’s practice. So, only people with a big budget who can pay out of pocket can see this doctor. I cannot afford those huge fee.
