FFSC has non-medical counseling for all personnel on base including individuals, couples and families. FFSC also has new or expectant parent support classes and non-clinical therapy life-skills classes in topics like anger and stress management.

The chapel is a good place to start if you don’t know where to go; they will help you find the resource that fits your needs. Chaplains offer counseling for all personnel regardless of religious preference. Discussions with chaplains are 100 percent confidential.

Military & Family Life Counselors (MFLCs)

MFLCs Offer free non-medical anonymous sessions with specialists for adolescents, children and families. For youth, contact the MFLC via the DoDEA schools.
