A second teen who disappeared from a behavioral health facility in Virginia has been found safe.

The Portsmouth Police Department (PPD) announced on Friday, Jan. 31, that 12-year-old Forever Scott “has been located and is safe,” according to a media release obtained by PEOPLE.

Due to her age, the PPD previously said Scott had been “classified as endangered.”

Scott was one of three girls — including 14-year-old Jocelyn Krofek and 16-year-old Darsha McAllister — who disappeared from Harbor Point Behavioral Health Center on Sunday, Jan. 18. Police previously said all three girls were considered runaways.

Police announced on Jan. 23 that Krofek was first to be found safe. McAllister still has not been located.

CEO Freddie Anderson previously stated the team at Harbor Point “responded immediately by informing local law enforcement and the patients’ guardians” about the incident, according to NBC affiliate WAVY.

Anderson also said Harbor Point is “cooperating fully with the Portsmouth Police Department as they work to safely locate these individuals.”

Elexcia Washington, who is with the PPD, told ABC affiliate WVEC that a Critical Operation for a Disappeared Child Initiative (CODI) Alert was issued for Scott and McAllister ahead of the state’s second winter storm in a week. Scott was found before the storm.

“No one wants juveniles out in the cold. No one wants juveniles traveling without supervision from one location to another,” Washington said.

Darsha McAllister, who remains missing after she and two other girls ran away from a Virginia behavioral health center.
