February 3, 2026 – After an extensive national search, Charlotte, NC-based HARTZ Search has helped to recruit Martha Zhan as the new CFO of Intermountain Centers. “We extend our sincere congratulations to Ms. Martha Zhan and to the entire Intermountain Centers community,” Hartz Search said.
Ms. Zhan brings deep expertise in non-profit accounting, extensive financial leadership experience, and a comprehensive understanding of grants and audit management. She joins Intermountain Centers from Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health, where she served for nearly nine years as national finance director and advisor. During her tenure, she played a key role in expanding new business lines and programs across the organization, supporting operational turnarounds, and contributing to Devereux’s growing service footprint across multiple states.
In her new position with Intermountain Centers, Ms. Zhan will report directly to chief executive officer Rose Lopez and will oversee financial, facility, and technology operations. She will provide strategic financial leadership and ensure the long-term financial sustainability of the organization. In this role, Ms. Zhan will lead financial strategy, planning, and analysis while ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.
