  1. I have ADHD 🤣
I forget when it's time to drop the phones and even cry when it's time to sleep or drop the phone or even EAT 🥱
If I play games watch videos draw it makes such a big difference

  2. Ah mental disorders. They used to be something people took seriously and considered red flags. Now they are little more than quirky personality traits or fashion accessories.

  3. Can teachers take 15 min out their day to watch this and understand more ppl with adhd or other things going on instead of putting us in a seperate place or detention

  4. Oh man there IS HELP. ( not a cure ) but help in managing it. PLEASE PLEASE, try your hardest to find a therapist and a real Dr. that can prescribe some low dose meds to start with, going up or changing kinds to go with the counseling, it can take awhile to get the combo right, but if u can just reach out on your best of worst days ( believe me I KNOW there are very very few of those) try to find just one person that might be able to help you and support you finding the right kind of help. I was stuck in the black hole of depression for over 6 years!!! Pure HELL is what it is, I was of and on for the first 2 or 3 years with counseling and meds then would stop and start a few times till I stopped doing anything about it at all, and after that I hit a rock bottom that I didn’t know could exist 😢 and the ended up in the hospital more than once and obsessed with getting out of life😫was a living nightmare. I’ll pray for you, send good karma, vibes and thoughts. I really feel for you I really really do, Maybe you’ll leave an update on here one day to give an update. Nothing but love and hope for you my friend🥲🥰🙏💕☀️

  5. I think social anxiety, anxiety disorder and panic disorder have one thing in common: its the fear of losing control or wanting to be in control or obsessing over something you can’t control. Learning that and practicing acceptance has helped me to get rid of my panic disorder and my crippling emetophobia.

  6. I have Depression, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, ADHD, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, a little bit of Social Anxiety Disorder and Borderline Personality Disorder. I just realised after seeing this video.

  7. The fact that people with mental disorders carry the weight of choices they never make and then get blamed, and such a thing happens in a loop with them, is just heartbreaking, may God heal all sick people.
