When ang next episode po?
This episode became my sign to seek therapy to help me with the challenge I have in life right now. I am found that it really helped me process what I was going thru, and it made my relationships better, cope better.
MORE EPISODES PLEASEE😫😫
Any new POV episode po?
How about POVs about the hot topiv now about HIV…would love to watch your thoughts about it….thanks and more power
Whenever I feel worthless and unloved I would always think na what would I do to the person I deeply care for then do those things to myself like, I see my favorite person tired I will fix their resting spot of feed them or maybe some massage then I imagine myself possesing that person and do all the good things to myself. I basically detatch myself from myself to asses what I need to do then go back. this works so well for me so if anyone want to try this method go for it this is totally awsome. It may sound so lonely pero you have to know din na the only thing permanent in your world is you.
thank you for this podcast <3
The book What Happened to You is a very good read in understanding MH
Atty is so annoying!
He is talking all about himself!
Why can't they let the psychologist do most of the talking? Para san pa pag-invite?
The show is very informative talaga. Binge watching POV podcast.
galing ng combo ng conversation na ito. dami kung na tutunan. i feel the best theraphy would be one you are open with. hindi pwedeng ipilit sya. crucial ksi yung ma feel mo na ikaw yung nag decide, ikaw yung gusto magpagaling sa sarili mo, self discovery talaga. Ganda nung Sinabi ni doc, hindi ikaw yung anxiety mo, you are not weak. it's ok not to be enough kesa mag settle ka sa standard ng iba. beyond grateful for this episode. saludo ako sa inyo. sobrang laki ng na icontribute nyo sa life ko. no words.
request talk po: yung pagiging lalaki traits. ano ba ang dapat. how do we raise men who are confident enough to take care of another being, and not get their pagiging lalaki in the way? this is coming from a single mother who came from a toxic relationship na manhood ang naging dahilan. would love to hear your take on this. i wish nothing more but be able to raise my son well. thank you for the time. always love everything you put on the table. you have no idea how much you help me regulate my emotions.
New season when? huhuhu
Nakapag subscribe na po. Learning a lot from your talks. Salamat gid.
Pero dapat i-normalize na rin for men to show emotions. Gay people are not weak either.
I can also relate kasi growing up I learned to suppress my emotions. Ngayon, I sometimes struggle to show affection, and even in moments na kailangan ko talagang umiyak, my body automatically thinks I have to protect myself. Kaya I really believe na opening up emotionally should be encouraged, not shamed.
This is just my POV lang po. Gets ko rin where Atty is coming from kasi most of my guy friends in Pinas ganyan din yung mentality. I appreciate na Atty is open to learning, and I like this kind of podcast kasi it shows different POVs and encourages self awareness.
After watching this episode, I can say na sobrang dami kong natutunan. What stood out for me was when one of the speakers mentioned na, “you need to treat your mental health the same way you treat your physical health”. As they’ve discussed, just like you wouldn’t force yourself to walk on a sprained ankle, kailangan din talaga nating alagaan ang mental health natin. ‘Yung therapy, kahit hindi ka sobrang down, it can really give you a sense of clarity. As Inka said, “When I got diagnosed officially… it felt like someone turned on the light in the room,” kasi you start seeing patterns sa reactions mo at mas kaya mo na i-handle ‘yung triggers. ‘Yung body awareness and grounding techniques, breathing, self-havening, at movement, sobrang effective din sa panic attacks at anxiety. I also loved na they emphasized na seeking help is strength, not weakness as it just makes us human because there's nobody in the world who does not have a struggle. Plus, understanding your emotions and working through childhood experiences can help you empathize more at maging mas successful personally and professionally.
Also, as a Gen Z, I can really say that the topic is relevant, and alam ko ‘yung struggles ng mga kabataan, especially as a psych major, I know people who would like and are in need of seeking therapy, pero may financial constraints in doing so.
Personally naman, I can attest that when I started journaling is talagang naging game changer siya for me. Kaya I really agree na kahit simpleng steps like journaling, self-care, gentle movement, or opening up to someone you trust, malaking bagay na talaga para sa mental health.
On a side note, I really love this podcast dahil pinagsama-sama rito ‘yung mga content creators and professionals whom I really enjoy learning from! 🥹🫶
Sana magkaron ako ng gantong circle someday

Wow! I have got so much information on this video. I am now fascinated about mental health.
I learned a lot about expanding my understanding of mental health struggles and how to deal with them, including finding medication or solutions. The thing I loved learning the most is that asking for help or seeking support is a sign of strength, because it means you want to find ways to get back up from what you are going through. I believe this will be very helpful for me as a graduating working student who carries a lot of stress and often feels tired of everything. This was such an eye-opener! Thank you so much to the hosts, and especially to Doc Randy, for creating this vlog!🥰
