Síle Seoige has said she suffered an intense panic attack that left her with an “out-of-body experience” when working her way up in the early days of her television career.
Speaking to the Sunday Independent, the popular broadcaster was speaking about the effects of anxiety on her life, after delving into the topic for her new three-part documentary which begins this week on TG4.
