  2. hey the information you are spreading about low serotonin is actually extremely incorrect and scientifically inaccurate. depressed people do not have low serotonin.

I was put into therapy at either 7 or 8 years old by my bio father and I had developed depression at 9, ive gone through 5 therapists from my start to when I was 15 when I refused to continue going. There was very little improvement through all of those years and im unwilling to go back at the age of 17. Not all of them were horrible but I also just felt like talking didn't really help me.

  4. I just started going to therapy bc I wanted to hurt myself and I’m only 11 and my therapist said that we will be playing and doing art for my therapy and I was so happy I wasn’t just gonna be sitting there and spilling all my feelings out

  8. Your videos are very reassuring. I may consider therapy to help me with my ‘unachievable standards of perfection’, but I’m still not sure I want to share everything with a stranger.

  9. my therpaste didnt help and everything keeps spirling but at the same time things are fine im starting to make friends at dnd and at chess and i was chosen as section leader for UIL in choir but i never had the proper resources to help me actually work through my problems properly its like im fine but all the problems all the pain and distrust is still there.
