Rogers Behavioral Health Accused of Union Busting

Rogers Behavioral Health is facing allegations of unlawful retaliation after terminating three employees this week.

Two healthcare providers told the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel they were dismissed from the West Allis facility shortly after revealing plans to unionize.

The employees said they were among a larger group seeking to organize under the National Union of Healthcare Workers.

The union has filed charges against Rogers and is calling for the reinstatement of the workers.

In response, Rogers stated it acted in accordance with the law.
