Mission Connection has updated its mental health services, now offering an expanded outpatient program to Seattle residents requiring treatment for anxiety, depression, and trauma.

San Juan Capistrano, United States, February 13, 2026 — Mission Connection has announced that they are now accepting more patients in and around Seattle who require timely care for primary mental health diagnoses, which include major depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, and mood disorders. The mental health center offers multiple programs at varying intensities, including partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs, allowing it to address mental health crises as necessary.

Although mental health needs are rising in Washington and many other states, barriers such as long commutes, scheduling conflicts, and cost of treatment limit access to timely care. Mission Connection addresses some of these obstacles by providing patients with the option of receiving treatment online through its telehealth platform, which allows for flexible scheduling that can accommodate professional, academic, or familial obligations or patients who struggle with social anxiety disorders.
Additionally, the mental health treatment center continues to offer in-person therapy to patients who require a higher level of engagement, with individual, group, and family counseling as possible options.
To treat primary mental health diagnoses such as depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and trauma, Mission Connection’s team employs evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and trauma-informed care.
Treatment plans are tailored to each client through personalized assessments that guide the development of care strategies, targeting challenges the client may face while helping them build coping skills. Although individual schedules may differ, clients typically engage in daily group therapy sessions led by licensed therapists, weekly psychiatric care with medication management when appropriate, and at least one therapy session per week, creating a continuum of care that supports recovery beyond treatment.
As Mission Connection believes that whole-person care is key to long-lasting healing and stability, both its in-person and online programs integrate life skills training, psychoeducation, experiential outings, physical wellness approaches, and mindfulness practices, such as meditation and deep breathing exercises, into mental health treatments. Patients are also encouraged to apply what they have learned to their daily lives to maintain their progress between sessions.
To enroll in one of Mission Connection’s programs, clients can book a complimentary and confidential mental health evaluation by phone. After the assessment, the team will develop a personalized mental health treatment plan for the patient, and their therapy will begin.
