Al Roker wants to remind everyone to find a moment to take care of themselves.
The TODAY weatherman and Chief Motivation officer of Start TODAY posted a pair of videos over the weekend encouraging people to focus on taking care of their well-being.
“So I hope you get a chance to do a little rest and restoration and kind of enjoy yourself, because we got to reset,” he said in an Instagram video Feb. 15 that he noted was recorded on a frozen lake — one of multiple clips he posted from the locale.
“It’s going to be another week, and we just have to get in there and get it done. OK? Anyway, hope you’re doing well and you are having a good Sunday.”
Al then alluded to the Oswego State Lakers sweatshirt he was wearing, a nod to his alma mater.
“Go Oswego hockey, baby! Yeah!” he said.
Al’s video came one day after he shared another uplifting post on Instagram on Valentine’s Day.
“It has been a week,” he captioned a split screen of falling snow and a fireplace.
“Time to take a breath, breathe out and just be for a little bit. I hope you are okay. And if not, take time to reach out to someone who you know has your best interest at heart on this,” he continued, along with the hash tag #valentinesday.
