  2. में पिछले 7 साल से ये सब लक्षण महसूस कर रही हु ।😢😢24 घंटे मेरे सिर में दर्द रहता है ओर चक्कर भी बहुत आते हैं। में मुश्किल से 4,5 घंटे की नींद ले पाती हु में overthinking भी बहुत करती हु । कभी कभी मुझे गर्दन में भी तेज दर्द होता है और उल्टियां भी लगती है । मेरी life में पिछले कुछ years से अच्छा नहीं चल रहा हैं । मुझे family में कोई समझने वाला नहीं है सबको लगता है में काम से बचने के लिए ये सब नाटक करती हु । मुझे ये सारे लक्षण हैं कभी कभी भ्रम भी लगता है। Please 🥺🙏🙏 मुझे कुछ सुझाव दे।😢😢😢😢

    Mera bhai gaon me rehta hai and mai maharashtra me job karta hu since childhood I am in Maharashtra.. although

    Last time I drank on 11th Jan and next day because of lack of sleep , dehydration, stress … Uske upar daru bhi pi li acidity bhi hui .. toh anxiety and fog hogaya tha halka sa .. us din se ek mahina hua ..mujhe kuch nahi hua ..

    Daru chod di, ande fruits khane laga.. walking karne laga, kaam pe focus , logo se mulakat ..I am also a singer ..so gana bhi gaya ..sab kiya ..etc etc ..

    Lekin achanak mujhe abhi do tin din se wapas stress and anxiety halka Horaha hai..

    Actually mai overthink karta hu.. life me kya hoga kaise hoga kab bhai ko sambhalunga kab office me tarakki hogi kab savings hogi ..positive kum negative thoughts zada

    But abhitak kisi doctor ko nahi dikhaya ..
    Shaam hote hi gayab ho jati hai meri anxiety ..din me achanak ajati hai..

    Ande & Electrolytes me toh sab hota hai jo body and especially brain ko lagta hai .. wo mai leta hu ..
    Raat ko boil anda khane ke baad toh raat ko nind hoti hai subhah fresh legta hai .. mental alertness .. but ..

    Kya mujhe job, ande, Hari mirchi, Electrolytes , fitness , logo se baat , music ..inke alava doctor ko dikhake medicines start karna chahiye?
