ABOUT ME:
I’m Rachel Pedersen.
I’m a Social Media Strategist and TikTok Expert. I help busy people with big dreams to build THRIVING businesses WITHOUT sacrificing their family, friends or their sanity.
AKA – If you’re a business owner looking to grow or someone looking to become a social media manager, you’re in the right place.
As a wife and mom of 3 kids, I don’t have time for fluff, boring strategies or pretending to be anything but myself.
I specialize in combining social media tactics with sustainable, long-term strategies to build profitable businesses that actually create an impact.
Not too long ago, I was a single mom on welfare and food stamps. We even had our heat shut off one year at Christmas.
So I did what any scrappy person would. I pulled myself up by the bootstraps and got to work!
Today our businesses are thriving, I speak on stages around the world, and we’ve had the privilege of seeing MILLIONS of lives impacted directly by our work.
I’ll keep this short and sweet, just like me (and maybe a little bit spicy) – but if you like what you see so far, subscribe to my channel so you don’t miss any of the gold coming your way.

Intro cracked me up
I was on 1200 mg of Lithium in the psyche ward and it basically made me a zombie. They slowly decreased my Lithium dosage until now I don't take it at all (still on other psyche meds) and I'm doing great now.
I hate how once doctors find out someone has ANY kind of mental flaw, no matter how minor, all other symptoms or conditions MUST be "imaginary". I wonder how many people actually end up with long term serious illness or death over issues/symptoms that could have easily been investigated/treated before they became major issues because the complaints were ignored. Bet its an astonishingly high number
I know this for laughs and I agree professionals don't listen to patients, but if you haven't slept the first thing they're gonna do is put you on Seroquel lol
Call me crazy 🤪
Ok crazy how are you doing
Why are you calling me crazy 🤪
Because you asked me to call you crazy just trying to accommodate your identity
And if she’s like most women, she won’t actually tell the guy she started dating. He’ll have to figure it out himself after she goes off her meds. And if anyone thinks that’s cruel of me to say, no, that’s called personal experience.
Maybe you should be careful how much lithium you take because lithium is actually really toixc I'm a little worried 😬
My ex wife is BPD type 2. Sleeping is good.
Umm how did pesto turn into someone's personal drama we just wanted to hear about food
I was admitted for severe panic attacks. They did nothing to help me, they just drugged me. I left having severe panic attacks. I guess they cured me because I didn't feel like going to the hospital anymore for feeling like I was dying. I figured I'd rather die than go back to the psych ward.
That's funny, lithium made my parent a zombie. There weren't any "fabulous" days.
The doctors were right.
The bipolar person was wrong.
I love how she said she FAKED fainting.
Which just goes to show the doctors were right not to trust her with sleep medication 😂
Damn that first girl has a tiny head. Looks like one of the goombas from the live action Super Mario movie.
What blows my mind is I had a bipolar diagnosis and it turned out I had a treatable brain tumor! All is well now. No medication. Sleeping wonderfully. Happy as a clam.
Uhh
most stable tiktokker
That's extremely weird that they didn't give you meds to help sleep. I work in a psychiatric unit. Bipolar patients are regularly medicated for sleep meds. Fake fainting is what causes medical staff not to believe psych patients. The staff knew this was fake.
Those doctors tho did not read up on what lack of sleep does to people- wtf
"I'm bipolar. Give me lithium." – Yikes. There are so many people in this country who are poisoned spiritually by big pharma. They don't wanna foster recovery, they want to foster life-long patients.
“Do you know what they call a doctor who graduated last in their class? A doctor.” – something I have said MANY times while explaining some of the stupid shit that’s been said and done with regards to my bipolar treatment.
But do you like store bought pesto?
Remember fellas , never stick in crazy
You were all right! You needed sleep, they thought it was related to bipolar, and store bought pesto is just child abuse!!! 🎉
Okay, but what does store bought pesto have to do with it?
I've had insomnia my whole life and let me tell you it's no joke. I'm a perfectly healthy and normal person (I think?) But on day three without sleep I'm completely deranged. Absolutely off the wall. Like a different person.
ayo girl if they gotchu on lithium u think you could power a milwaukee m18 sawzall, cards on the table i’m not very smart
Honestly I dislike the whole thing. The hospitals, diagnoses , treatment everything. It’s demons in disguise and what you really need is prayer and healing from the most high. They can give you medication that can really mess you up and have lasting side effects. Be careful
How can a psych ward help you sleep I couldn't even sleep in the psych ward when I went
We went to store bought pesto to talking about mental illness
Get sleeping gummy
I go through phases where I don’t sleep….. I’m BP1…..
I ended up in the psychiatric hospital because I couldn’t fall asleep and they were trying this “bipolar” bullshit diagnosis. Agrypinia Excitita is associated with medical diseases. That’s probably why lithium did Jack shit besides devastating side effects. Beside the insomnia is not episodic, it’s just all the time. And if the hospital would t give me medications to sleep I would instantly demand to leave becuase they aren’t treating whatever illness I have. Dayvigo has been key for me.
Great vid, brother. Near my final year of university, I got diagnosed with Schizophrenia, and two other disorders, one of the reasons I had to dip YT. While I pulled through with the degree, I had to deal with these three things, which made it tough to find work after the college grind ended. I had to take Hydroxine and Serotonin pills to treat it. While I still have these things, I have gotten better at managing it.
Ask your pharmacist about the long term effects lithium can have on your physiology.
Lithium is intended to be used in acute settings?
I don’t know anything. I just have bipolar disorder and have always been advised never to accept a prescription for lithium because it’s a very old medication that has very detrimental side effects.
My psychiatrist always prescribe me Xanax (and trust me 😂) for these periods ! I see him every 2 months at least and he always asks if my sleep schedule was disturbed. Even though Xanax is kind of a last resort medication; I am glad that he doesn’t belittle what I say and let me suffer, he just ACT the right way for me
Keep searching youre on the right path
I don't like pancakes of waffles :3
What did this have to do with the original pasta video lol😂 hope your doing better❤
Fun fact: crazy women have the highest 🛏️ drive
what’s this got to do with store bought pesto?
lol lithium for the win! Only med that makes me feel regulated❤❤
In mental health they treat behavioural symptoms, not disorders. It shouldn't have been a fight to get a sleep aid. So "just being bipolar" isn't an excuse for negligence.
