Elite DNA Behavioral Health, a comprehensive behavioral and mental health care provider, has opened its first location in Virginia, expanding access to care for the Chesapeake community.

Elite DNA is one of the largest mental health providers in Florida with more than 40 locations across the state. Its new Chesapeake practice offers a range of in-person and virtual mental and behavioral health services for children six and older, adolescents and adults, including psychiatry, psychotherapy, trauma therapy, medication management and more.

“Elite DNA Behavioral Health was first established to make high quality mental and behavioral services affordable and accessible to all, and we are thrilled to expand these services to the Chesapeake community,” said Elizabeth Dosoretz, LCSW, founder and CEO of Elite DNA Behavioral Health, who founded the company in 2013 following her own journey with postpartum depression. “Responding to the growing need for mental health services in this region, our team is dedicated to helping people achieve better quality of life and find the very best version of themselves while navigating mental health conditions and life’s day-to-day challenges.”

The new clinic is staffed by James Paul Callis, Katherine Thorton, Laura Cook, Regina Romera Sibal and Thomas Grady Bunch, who provide psychotherapy, psychiatry and medication management services alongside a team of care coordinators and staff.

The office is located at 516 Innovation Drive, Suite 305, in Chesapeake and will operate Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. For more information or to schedule an introductory appointment, call 757-606-1377. More than 500 insurances, including Medicaid and Medicare, are accepted.

About Elite DNA Behavioral Health

Elite DNA Behavioral Health was founded in 2013 by Elizabeth Dosoretz, a licensed clinical social worker and mother of three, with the goal of providing accessible, affordable mental health care to everyone. Her clinical work is shaped by her personal experience with postpartum depression and the challenges of accessing quality care. The name Elite DNA honors Dosoretz’s three sons, Dylan, Noah, and Asher, and reflects the company’s belief that mental health is unique to everyone. Elite DNA’s tagline, “Your Mental Health is in Our DNA,” speaks to the idea that no two people are alike, and neither are their mental health needs. Each client’s wellness journey is personal, and Elite DNA’s role is to understand those unique needs and provide tailored support.

Now one of the largest mental health providers in Florida, Elite DNA provides in-person and virtual behavioral health services from over 40 locations across Florida and Virginia. Services include psychiatry, psychotherapy, medication management, couples counseling, trauma therapy, family therapy and group therapy. Additional services at select locations include occupational therapy, speech therapy, applied behavior analysis and TMS therapy for depression. Elite DNA accepts a large variety of insurances, including Medicaid/Medicare and has a self-pay sliding scale for established patients. For more information, visit EliteDNA.com.
