State police have obtained arrest warrants for three people charged in a criminal trespass incident in Mechanicsville.
Police charged Anthony N. Fordham, 50, of Schuylkill Haven; Nicole A. Ervolino, 43, of Pottsville; and Katie A. Serrano, 29, of Pottsville, in connection with the incident, which occurred Feb. 27 at a home on Port Carbon Street.
Police gave the following account in court documents:
The trio went on the victim’s property without permission. Fordham kicked the door in and entered the home, causing $550 in damages. Serrano and Ervolino stood between the door and the victim, refusing to let the woman enter her own residence.
The victim told the trio multiple times to leave, which they refused. They only left after the woman called 911.
Police subsequently canvassed the area but could not locate the defendants.
Fordham faces felony charges of burglary and criminal trespass, along with misdemeanors of criminal mischief and defiant trespass.
Ervolino and Serrano each face felony charges of conspiracy to commit burglary and conspiracy to commit criminal trespass, along with misdemeanor charges of conspiracy criminal mischief and defiant trespass.
The trio were charged by Trooper Brett McMullin of the Schuylkill Haven station.
