Avoiding Your Fears is Making Them Worse

I think one of the biggest steps to improving our wellbeing is looking back on our past. It’s very likely that we have harmful behavioral patterns impacting our daily lives that have deep roots in our past experiences.

I don’t like to dwell on the past for longer than necessary but sometimes it is helpful to take a careful look. I have had issues with avoidance at various stages of my life and when I look back on my childhood, I can begin to see why.

We live in hectic times where the support of others is absolutely necessary but I encourage you to also look for new ways of supporting yourself and your own wellbeing.
