  1. Hello friends.
I don't have depression but I really want to help anyone that has it because you're worth it. I know I can't understand your pain enough, but I just want to say you’re very important and beautiful. You really are, every single one of you. You have so much value, importance, power, and beauty within you. You have beautiful eyes to look at others with love and make them feel loved. You have a beautiful smile and a beautiful laugh that makes others smile back. You have a beautiful voice that makes everyone happy. You have beautiful hands to touch others with love and affection. And so much more. You cause so much love and happiness in the world, you’re so great. Some people may not appreciate you, let them go because you know what they say isn't true. Just know that somewhere someone is very happy because of you, all of you are going to raise future generations. You work hard and make money, your hard work not only benefits you but many others. Just being a person, you're great and have so much potential you can do anything. Please do talk to me if you need a friend, I would be more than happy to help you and I'm feeling a little lonely. Thank you. Sorry if anything I said sounded offensive.

  2. I can’t help but to over think, am I “depressed” or does this world just suck so bad that we need something to take the edge off? Most adults drink after work some do harder drugs to help cope with life, so maybe we should fix the actual problem instead of covering it up. Imagine your dog shit on the floor and instead of picking it up you just spray Febreze over it, it just as well may cover the smell for a time but the problem itself is still there and will always come back with each time getting worse.

  3. My one doctor say I must also take depression pills. I strongly refuse it's difficulty dealing with it. I go through a lot but God is helping me stay away from it. Also I said to myself I need to start doing hobbies to keep my mind occupied, it's hard for me but I am pushing through it.

  4. They should do sit-ups where the upper part of the abdomen is worked, with the legs raised and trying to touch the feet with the hands and its variants that work the upper part of the abdomen, they will see improvements quickly. That upper abdominal exercise will take away your depression and anxiety, it will also heal your mind…..

  5. "I used to rely on medication for my depression, but since using Planet Ayurveda's natural remedies, I’ve felt more balanced and calm. Nature has its way of healing!"

  6. Find your strength in the Lord.

There are words, thoughts, and voices that promise clarity but slowly drain you. They do not exhaust you in one moment. First you give ear to them. Then you give them room. Then you begin to carry them. And over time, without realizing it, they wear you down.

Scripture warns us that what we listen to and meditate on takes root in us. Sin does not appear fully grown. It begins small, like a seed. In the same way, discouragement and heaviness often enter quietly and start their work beneath the surface.

But just as giving ear to draining words produced weariness, there is a holy reverse.

Turn your ear to God’s Word.

It may not feel powerful at first. When you are tired, everything feels heavy. But remember this: there was a time you felt stronger, clearer, more alive. That means something entered that slowly led you here. It did not change you overnight. It worked gradually.

So now, in the same patience, give ear to the Word of God.

Not as a ritual. Not as a formula. But humbly, trusting that the Spirit of God works through His Word. The Word is living and active. As you receive it, the Spirit renews your mind, restores your strength, and rebuilds what was worn down.

    Give room to the Word.
    Carry it with you.
    Meditate on it.
    Speak it.

Over time, it will begin to blossom in you. Where thorns once choked life, truth will begin to grow. Where lies once drained you, truth will steady you. Where weariness settled in, strength will return.

This is not self effort. It is cooperation with the Spirit. As you draw near to God, He draws near to you.

Be persistent. Not in your own strength, but in dependence.

Keep seeking His will. Keep turning your ear toward Him.

The same way exhaustion grew quietly, renewal will grow quietly.

And in time, what once drained you will lose its grip.

May the Lord strengthen you and guard your heart, brother or sister.
