He specializes in gastrointestinal oncology and drug tumor therapy, making him an expert in treating cancer in the gastrointestinal system. He has an impressive academic background, including a Master of Health Business Administration, and has published 337 scientific publications.
Throughout his career, he has held various prestigious positions in renowned medical institutions in Germany – Senior Physician at the University Hospital RWTH Aachen and the Charite University Hospital in Berlin, and Head of the Abdominal Oncology Centre at the University Hospital Düsseldorf.
