  1. You have got to be one of the densest morons I've ever seen on this platform. Do you feel this way about other neurological/psychological problems like autism, ADHD, or PTSD? You can't "cure" something deeply rooted in the brain with a quick fix. It takes years of constant medication and therapy to make any progress.

This is top and yes your right on what you said about friends and connection I've been hard times with the symptoms that was mentioned thank you for your helpful information I'll definitely put this in practice and in action I've been lonely and going through depression for a very long time watching this video during my down times has inspired me and also have been experiencing some social anxiety and have been finding it hard seeing friends but yes I'll definitely try these out again thank you for your helpful information

Everyone that actually was interested in the same things you are passed away parents passed away friends dead or locked up for standing up for themselves an their family your 30 years old and you broke both the bones in your leg and had to have surgery an recover an relearn how to walk again hurts so you spend what little money you got on weed an proper diet an sometimes some whiskey..finally start limping around an decided to get a part time cashier job interview but don't have a ride and then get evicted and now hobbling around homeless..and they say modern times are so great

  5. Are you a doctor? If not don't do medical videos. I'm not a doctor and I know you can't "cure" depression but you can treat depression because depression is a mental illness not a bacterial infection.

  7. I do have depression , it's extremely hard to not be able to almost anything bc of the lack of energy or the loss of will and unable to do things that make u happy .

  8. 1:12 depression is not caused by a change in environment , it's caused by ppl who manipulate and use and abuse other ppl , yes ppl didn't have this amount of technology back then but they didn't have means or the knowledge to be diagnosed with depression either

  10. Bunch of misleading informations, this needs to stop. If we include all the people having so called "clinical depression", which is a term for doctors to sell you meds, which is 6weeks or more of so called depressed state when really it's nothing but a seasonal sadness caused by overwhelming things, Then 50% of population would be considered previous depression patients. Where severe depression, which is 2years or longer of continuous depressed state, is truly what should be considered a depression. A long term mental illness that medications won't even help. The reason why antidepressants are considered helpful is because the people who take them don't even have depression. They don't have a long term inflammation in the brain, unlike long term depressed people. If truly 30% of population have a disabling depression, the society won't even be able to function. All the people saying this is the most common disability in the world is because all of the patients we're falsely diagnosed. If you were only just depressed and can get out of it in a few months, it's not depression.

  11. I got into a car crash with my family, we were going to the Vet with our cat cause he wasnt acting normally. Only me, the cat and my Little brother survived (we Were in the back) This happened 6 months ago. I Still remember that horiffic day and Still sad about it.

  12. You know what's one of the biggest issues right now? Getting caught up in negative echo chambers (like on social media for example). I don't blame the users specifically, but rather how sophisticated the algorithms are at delivering content to you to either make or break you. It's probably one of the biggest double edged swords around the world that people aren't able to control, we shouldn't underestimate the addictiveness of these platforms. If we keep letting this go on, most of us will all be depressed and lonely in the future. Welcome in the 21th century!🥲

  13. If anyone survived depression, please give me some tips. I can't study, i can't concentrate, i can't do anything. Always feeling low energy. And as child from middle class family it's impossible for me to seek professional help (they don't understand). I'm pretty sure i can overcome this with some help.
