North Dakota Health and Human Services offices in Grafton will delay opening by two hours on Friday, March 13, due to hazardous weather and road conditions. 

 AFFECTED OFFICE:   

Grand Forks region: Northeast Behavioral Health Clinic’s Grafton outreach office will have a two hour late start, opening at 10 a.m.  

 Clients with previously scheduled appointments are being contacted.    

IMPORTANT: People experiencing a behavioral health crisis should call the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline for immediate help. The crisis line is available 24-hours a day, seven days a week.  

Office closure decisions are made for the safety of clients and team members and align with closures of other community clinics and government organizations.

pages and website at hhs.nd.gov. Child support customers can conduct normal business 24 hours a day on the program’s secure website at childsupport.dhs.nd.gov.
