SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) – The Shreveport Police Department is currently searching for a missing man.
William Richard Evans III, 36, was last seen March 14 around 6 p.m. near the intersection of Louisiana Avenue and Crockett Street in downtown Shreveport.
Evans is around 6′ to 6′ 1″ tall and weighs around 140 lbs. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt and blue jeans. He has several tattoos on his arms and legs.
Police say at the time he was last seen, it’s believed he was having some kind of mental health episode and may now be disoriented or incapable of responding coherently to questions.
