  1. If the individual is clinically depressed how can these techniques work? Depression can be a host of a lot of things…sadly, big pharma profits immensely from the suffering of others or better said, humanity’s suffering…

  2. This is a really good video and makes lots of important points. I know that behavioural activation is an effective way of managing my depression but I still find it difficult to put it into practice when my mood is at its lowest! I'll keep chipping away at it though and will keep coming back to this video for some encouragement.

  3. Thank you for a clear, compassionate look at lack of motivation. Your suggestions excellent your explanations why we need to move ourselves even if just a small bit. This is an excellent video!

  4. Very helpful. Definitely explains why I've been so down. Was sick, isolating, couldn't work & even after I got better I've been feeling like sleeping all day, not wanting to wake up. Haven't wanted to do anything at all. Just sad. Kinda scary. Thanks for the video.

  5. I have been doing the achievement and enjoyable activities on most days for about 2 weeks now. My moods have uplifted alot. I would highly recommend this. At the moment I am doing 2 achievement activities and 1 enjoyable a day and so far feel much better. Not major tasks but little things that are not too overwhelming for me and slowly I am building up. Key i find is to make it easy enough to do,even if you do something for 5 or 10 minutes to start off. Thankyou. Great video and very effective.

  6. Been in therapy for 14 years. The work I've done has taught me so much about myself, but I've come to a place where I must now walk the road on my own. Your videos, with your calm, wise, compassionate voice, are giving me the skills I need to do so. The steps are doable and I'm actually able to move through my day. Subscribed and follow your videos. Thank you so much

  7. love youre – short video cartoons – they are so relevant and helped to understand. the process of depression clearly, thank you. Youre voice is so peaceful and brings clam in the tourment of negativities feelings and behaviors I can found my self. It open new path and give peance. Thak you

  8. If you go down a more spiritual path, you find out there really is no purpose in doing anything else. Nothing has any inherent meaning. It sounds dark, but it's actually the most beautiful aspect of life. Everything just is. Language dumbs everything down, which sounds like a paradox cause I'm using language to get my point across, but everything is. Why do anything? For the sake of doing it. Existence is truly abstract art that cannot truly be defined by the analytical mind. We are the universe experiencing and learning itself. The best medicine was learning who I am. "Who are you?" I am…

  9. Thanks, i started an exercise routine walking to the park and waok 1 lap before heading back. I thrn increased it to 2 laps a couple of days later but my body got so tired and fatigued. Just wondeing whether i should push on regardless? Thanks, your videos are so helpful.

  10. What do people with high functioning depression do then? They seem to do all these things already and are still depressed..

I try my best to activate myself but it does not work for me like 80% of the time :/

  11. Thanks for sharing. We developed a novel breathing protocol to reduce anxiety, stress and depression in 10 minutes per day, and this video is a good complement for that. Blessings from Brazil 🇧🇷🇦🇷🙏
