Mental Health is on the rise because look at what world we are living in!!! No-one would need it if we had shorter work-weeks, a world devoid of narcissists and bullies, better, affordable EVERYTHING, and a total lack of corruption. Since that will never happen might I suggest either moving to a remote island with no-one on it, or taking back your power and bringing God into your life to walk through the mess with you. Find your tribe, too and stick with good people – there are still alot out there.
