Integrative mental health and wellness service provider Mind Body Optimization has opened its doors in Brookshire.
What they offer
Founded by Mike and Mickala Sisk in 2024, the clinic aims to bridge the gap between mental health, physical performance and nutritional science across the Greater Houston area and Southeast Texas regions, according to a March 17 news release.
Providers aim to treat the whole person through a combination of advanced diagnostics and personalized treatment plans for a variety of conditions including anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, trauma, bipolar disorder and ADHD, per the release.
