COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — A major leadership change is underway at the Union County Mental Health and Recovery Board.

During a special meeting on Wednesday, board members voted to terminate Executive Director Adam Negley. According to the board, the decision follows a review of workplace concerns that had been filed, along with consultation from outside human resources professionals.

Officials have not publicly detailed the specific nature of those concerns.

Negley will be allowed the opportunity to request a hearing before the board.

Holly Zweizig has been appointed as interim executive director while the next steps are determined.
