FAYETTEVILLE — The case against the former chairman of the Arkansas State Medical Board and his associates is so complex that more time is needed to review evidence, according to the attorney for one of the defendants.
Miranda Newburn, Lindsey Hess Goucher and Owen Benjamin were arraigned Monday in U.S. District Court in Fayetteville and pleaded not guilty.
