The 8th Annual WBI Suicide Prevention Golf Tournament, “Drive for Mental Health,” will return to Three Crowns Golf Course on Saturday, Aug. 29, 2026, with a goal of raising scholarship funds for Natrona County students pursuing careers in mental health.
The tournament benefits the WBI Mental Health Professional Scholarship Fund, a nonprofit organization that provides scholarships to local students entering mental health-related fields, including nursing, counseling, social work, addiction services and other behavioral health professions.

During the 2025/2026 academic year, the scholarship fund awarded three scholarships to students pursuing education in mental health-related fields. Organizers hope this year’s tournament will help continue that support and allow the funds to grow in future years.
The need for mental health professionals continues to be felt across Wyoming, especially in rural communities where access to care can be limited. By supporting students who are preparing to enter these careers, the tournament helps invest in the future workforce that will serve individuals and families across the state.
