Criminal and Traffic dockets were heard recently by Judge Ryan J. Moore in General Sessions Court. Included in General Sessions decisions:

Ashley Breanne Basham pleaded guilty to theft. She was sentenced to 6 months on supervised probation, assessed a $100 fine, ordered to pay restitution to the victim and court costs, and required to complete the cognitive behavioral health course.

Andrew Mason Bond was sentenced to 20 days in jail for two counts of summary contempt of court.

Brayden Cantrell pleaded guilty to simple possession, was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, assessed a $250 fine, plus court costs and ordered to complete the cognitive behavioral health course. He also pleaded guilty to theft and was sentenced to 6 months on supervised probation, assessed a $75 fine and ordered to pay restitution. These sentences run consecutively.

Brittany McCord pleaded guilty to criminal contempt for a failure to appear and was sentenced to 10 days in jail, assessed a $50 fine, plus court costs. She also pleaded guilty to unlawful drug paraphernalia and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, assessed a $150 fine, plus court costs and ordered to complete the cognitive behavioral health course. These sentences run consecutively.

Cory Sydenstricker pleaded guilty to public intoxication and was sentenced to 30 days in jail, assessed a $50 fine, plus court costs. He also pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of an accident and was sentenced to 6 months on supervised probation. These sentences run consecutively.

Peter Joseph Bonfiglio II waived his preliminary hearing and bound his case to the grand jury. He is charged with felony theft of property.

Timothy Ryan Bouldin waived his preliminary hearing and bound his case to the grand jury. He is charged with felony theft of property.

Latricia Renee Brady had a preliminary hearing and the court found probable cause to bind her case to the grand jury. She is charged with domestic assault.

Robyn A. Cawley had a preliminary hearing, and the court found probable cause to bind his case to the grand jury. He is charged with domestic assault. The court raised his bond from $1,000 to $25,000.

Nicholas Lee Dalton had a preliminary hearing and the court found probable cause to bind his case to the grand jury. He is charged with two counts of felony theft of property and two counts of auto burglary. The court raised his bond from $70,000 to $150,000.

Whitney Durham pled guilty to possession of methamphetamine and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days, serving 30 days in jail and the balance on supervised probation. She was assessed a $750 fine, plus court costs, ordered to undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment and ordered to complete the cognitive behavioral health course

Julie Follansebee waived her preliminary hearing and bound her case to the grand jury. She is charged with unlawful drug paraphernalia.

A capias was issued for Justin C. Harris for a failure to appear. He is charged with theft.

David P. Leblanc had a preliminary hearing and the court found probable cause to bind his case to the grand jury. He is charged with three counts of felony reckless endangerment.

Jin Peng Zheng waived his preliminary hearing and bound his case to the grand jury. He is charged with felony theft.

A capias was issued for Junior Dale Brewer for a failure to appear and his bond was forfeited for a failure to appear. He is charged with possession of methamphetamine and driving on a suspended license.

Willard Jason Fults pled guilty to driving on a suspended license and was sentenced to 6 months to serve 48 hours in jail, the balance on supervised probation, assessed a $50 fine plus court costs. He also pled guilty to financial responsibility law violation and was assessed a $50 fine.

Kal’el Davon Harris pled guilty to unlawful drug paraphernalia and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, assessed a $150 fine, plus court costs and required to complete the cognitive behavioral health course.

A capias was issued for James Lee Pedigo and his bond was forfeited for a failure to appear. He is charged with driving on a suspended license.

Miguel Martinez Ruiz pled guilty to driving on a revoked license and was sentenced to 6 months to serve 48 hours in jail, the balance on supervised probation, assessed a $50 fine, plus court costs.

Carla M. Childree pled guilty to simple possession of and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 48 hours in jail, the balance on supervised probation, assessed a $750 fine, plus court costs, ordered to undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment, and ordered to complete the cognitive behavioral health course.

Claude Capps pled guilty to simple possession of a schedule VI substance and was sentenced to 11 month and 29 days on supervised probation, assessed a $250 fine, plus court costs and ordered to complete the cognitive behavioral health course.

Alton Claude Christian waived his preliminary hearing and bound his case to the grand jury. He is charged with driving on a revoked license.

Chad Stephen Leverett pled guilty to unlawful drug paraphernalia and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, assessed a $150 fine, plus court costs and ordered to complete the cognitive behavioral health course.

Hector M. Guzman Ornelas pled guilty to DUI second offense and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 45 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, assessed a $600 fine, ordered to complete the victim impact panel, perform 24 hours of litter pickup, complete the DUI education class, undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment, comply with DUI court requirements and loss of driving privileges for one year. He also pled guilty to open container law violation and was assessed a $50 fine.

Andrea Satterfield pled guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 45 days in jail.

Tiara Danielle Smith pled guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 30 days in jail.

A capias was issued for Barbara J. Webster and her bond was forfeited for a failure to appear. She is charged with possession of methamphetamine, simple possession and unlawful drug paraphernalia.

Eric Dwayne Wilson had a preliminary hearing and the court found probable cause to bind his case to the grand jury. He is charged with violation of interlock device.

Asia Hall pleaded guilty to altering, forging or falsifying a title or plates and was sentenced to 5 days in jail and ordered to pay court costs.

Elizabeth Michelle Sullivan pleaded guilty to criminal contempt for failing to report to jail and was sentenced to 10 days in jail, assessed a $50 fine, plus court costs. This sentence runs consecutive to any previously imposed sentence.

Amanda Louise Tate pled guilty to theft and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, assessed a $75 fine to the economic crime fund, ordered to pay restitution to the victim, banned from the victim’s premises, ordered to complete the cognitive behavioral health course and banned from the victim’s premises.

Mack Zachary Thomas pled guilty to criminal trespass and was sentenced to 30 days in jail, assessed a $50 fine and assessed court costs.

Frank Joseph Borsick pleaded guilty to harassment and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 30 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, ordered to complete an alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment. He was also ordered to complete a mental health evaluation and follow all recommended treatment, ordered to complete the cognitive behavioral health course, prohibited from contacting the victim, complete an in-person anger management course, and assessed court costs.

Landon Wayne Butcher pled guilty to criminal trespass and was sentenced to 12 days in jail. He also pled guilty to theft and was sentenced to 12 days in jail, ordered to pay court costs, banned from the victim’s premises, assessed a $75 fine to the economic crime fund and ordered to complete the cognitive behavioral health course. These sentences run concurrently.

Chase Earhart pleaded guilty to domestic assault and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, ordered to undergo a mental health evaluation and follow all recommended treatment, ordered to complete the Caring Dads Program, ordered to complete the cognitive behavioral health course, and assessed court costs.

Payton Earl France pleaded guilty to offensive touching and was sentenced to 30 days in jail.

Kristopher Wesley Hardeman pleaded guilty to criminal trespass and was sentenced to 15 days in jail, assessed a $50 fine, plus court costs.

Raven Leann Lowery waived her preliminary hearing and bound her case to the grand jury. She is charged with felony theft of property.

Nicholas Ryan Myers pleaded guilty to theft and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 60 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, ordered to undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment, assessed a $75 fine to the economic crime fund, assessed court costs and ordered to complete the cognitive behavioral health course. He also pleaded guilty to another count of theft and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 30 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, assessed a $75 fine, ordered to pay restitution to the victim, and banned from the victim’s premises. These sentences run consecutively.

Hollie Michell Troutman pleaded guilty to unlawful drug paraphernalia, was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, assessed a $150 fine, plus court costs and ordered to complete the cognitive behavioral health course.

Melvin Woods waived his preliminary hearing for a plea by information in Circuit Court with other matters. He is charged with domestic assault. He also pled guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 10 days jail, consecutive to any previously imposed sentence. This is part of a global resolution in Circuit Court.
