Childhood hyperactivity is linked to lower long-term well-being

A longitudinal study of over 4,000 Australian children examined how symptoms of hyperactivity and inattention relate to overall well-being from age 4 to 17. The researchers found that high levels of these symptoms were consistently associated with lower physical, emotional, and social life quality throughout childhood and adolescence.
