Prop 1 authorizes $6.4 billion in bonds for mental health housing and treatment in California, including support for veterans. Counties must allocate 30% of funds to housing and services for chronically homeless individuals. The initiative narrowly passed this year.

you have to be joking right? The city of Los Angeles and the state of California have spent tens of billions of dollars on the homeless and they cannot even account for the money that they spent. Numerous people have gone to prison for supposedly helping the homeless, but lining their own pockets instead. I don’t care what anybody says. I don’t want to spend any more money on the homeless I don’t until I give up dope I’m not paying another dollar for those worthless people.
