Stress Control Session Five: 9am Monday 31st March

Welcome to Stress Control Online, brought to you by the HSCNI. The course is presented by Dr Jim White, a clinical psychologist and Fellow of the British Psychological Society, who developed the Stress Control programme. Stress Control is a 6-session CBT course designed to address common mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, panic, poor sleep, and low well-being. It will empower you to “become your own therapist” by embracing the Stress Control motto: “Face your fears, be more active, boost your well-being.” To access all the reading materials and relaxation tracks that accompany the course free of charge, please visit www.ni.stresscontrol.org.
