  2. I want to so badly recover from all symptoms. I have ADHD, dmdd, OCD, situational, depression and mild complex PTSD. You know there's so many people that always tell me it's impossible to get rid of all symptoms. That's impossible. You will always have to do this your entire life. You will never fully recover in terms of symptoms and behavior and normality or All that jazz. I want to know your opinion. Can you recover from all symptoms like no matter how long it takes like for years? Like if you do anything like pills and therapy. I'm trying to do it without pills though so if you can give me advice for that I'd be obliged

  4. Mental issues are very much curable for the most part. Unlike psychiatric drug induced brain lobotmy and shrinkage. I have missed out on at least 5-15% Hippocampus and prefrontal cortex development during adolescence because I took psychiatric drugs for six years because they told me it was the only thing that I can do and I should never quit because I was feeling worse as I take them and they told me it was all because I was not taking the right drug until I realized it was all a big fucking lie that ruined my talents,my memory, my brain my life, my schools and degrees, i will never have any of it now. I have said many times that I rather have cancer and knowing that I have a chance of being cured. There is no cure for chemical lobotmy.

  5. I have a 19 year old son who has been healing from a psychotic break, it’s been going on 2 years now and he’s making progress it’s just slow progress without meds! ❤ thanks for sharing

  6. Having potential to heal is not a definite cure. People seem to believe actual mental illness can be cured. Don’t be deceived it can’t be cured at least not at this moment in time. I feel like a lot of people get wrongly diagnosed and then get better and say they got cured. I don’t know of any real studied and scientifically proven cases of people healing from legitimate mental illness especially if it’s chronic. A lot of things may cause mental illness symptoms that can mimic a mental disorder but they’re not. Drugs, poisoning, insomnia, allergic reactions, hormonal imbalances, environmental factors, physical health and medical conditions can all trigger mental health like symptoms. That doesn’t mean a person legitimately has mental illness. So please know that anyone who says they’re cured from mental illness never really had it. Mental disorders are lifelong and have periods of improving or worsening symptoms. But never fully goes away. I don’t know a single person with chronic mental illness that reversed their mental disorder with diet and exercise that sounds like baloney. A true professional will never give you false hopes.
