  2. As someone who has anxiety. Here’s what I did.
    1. Listening to calm music. I love listening to bird music before getting out of bed for work. This helps me being more positive in the morning, and not so anxious before work.

    2. Giving up alcohol. This helped me not only for my health, but giving up late night bars has helped me sleep better; and not having so much anxiety at like 3 am

    3. Practice breathing exercises, yoga, or take walks. Any type of exercise will help you stay alert and be active.

    4. Removing toxic people in your life that gives you stress. I unfortunately was hanging out with people that tends to control me, and was putting me down. Like everything was my fault. After I stopped hanging out with this person and started to hangout with friends who are more caring. I started to feel like my bubbly self

    5. Reading 📖 Find your favorite book to read, or have quiet time to yourself. I personally like reading Mangas, and doing dot by number pages; or paint as well
