  1. That's exactly how it is. Rather often. And it works so much better, deeper and faster if we can keep that guilt at bay. But actually feeling guilty for not managing to keep the guilt at bay…

  2. That guilt tho. Can you help us through that? I have overworked myself into near paralysis (physical and mental) before while just trying to avoid that feeling. But when I miss, I get the impression that it's just another X on my work persona.

  3. I had a day like that last week
    Had to call in sick because I couldn't be at work for an hour without crying. I didn't even know what stressed me.
    Mental health days are needed don't feel bad for taking them!

  4. I found this video and your channel today as ive been laying in bed for hours. I just went on a trip to visit friends and i feel overstimulated and today is my recovery day

  5. I wanted to bring up something you said in a past video. You said, "Fake it till you make it." I wanted to offer the replacement of, "Face it until you make it." Which right here you seem to be doing well. Never feel guilty for embracing wbmhat you're feeling.

  6. This is beautiful, so glad youre able to do this for yourself. But this is not the norm 🙁 not many ppl can do this on any given day. How did you get yourself to a place where you could take time for yourself regardless of work, or other things ?

  7. Phew. This happens suddenly after I. See a client or something emotional occurs. I just go to bed and watch YouTube for hours and turn all phone notifications off since I just can’t deal

  8. How many times I have done that, I’m crying because you just said those things we are usually embarrassed about, I wouldn’t tell anyone I’m like this. And my dog… my dog is my everything, I prefer my spaniel to any human in this world ❤❤

  9. To anyone who thinks they cant make it anymore: find an anchor. A single person or even a pet. Think of what would happen to them if you made it so you werent around. Keep them as your anchor. You dont even have to tell them, just have them there. It worked for me. It works for me. And if you dont have anyone to be an anchor, I can be your anchor. I am an anchor for you. ❤

    our mental health is like an apple, if you fool around with it nor let others, they/you can lose control of it and bruise it. Only you can decide what you want to do and how to treat yourself/your life (do you want to cut up your apple, peel it, eat it whole, etc.)

Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” ❤Matthew 11:28-30. He loves you so much. Because you can do things yourself to improve. But he’s the only one who can heal. ✝️❤️‍🩹🌸
